Our Story
We started 4146 Mondavi with the mission to provide the best vacation rental experience for our guests. With years of experience in hospitality, we understand what it takes to make your stay unforgettable. This Gorgeous home is close to Merced College, Dignity Health/Mercy Hospital and UC Merced!!! Stay for 3 days, 3 weeks or 3 months, for work, play, locating permanent housing or that need for an emergency home! There is a walking / bike path around the corner. So BYOB ( Bring Your Own Bikes), or ask to use ours! This spotless home will allow you to relax and accomplish what you came to do, whether it is work or play.
Have a Homemade meal!!
Full kitchen availability like no other! Brew your coffee or tea, make a lasagne, potato salad, or grill pancakes on the gas range! Then serve breakfast to your group! Table stretches to seat 10.

There is nothing like a Pristine Hot Tub with great jets in a private back yard! For added privacy, close the 3 curtains!

This West facing home let's in light at any time of the day. The patio and hot tub are on the East, so you can enjoy the morning sun with your coffee, and you get the shade of the house in the afternoon when the weather is hot. The tall ceilings give the home a feeling of spaciousness and airiness.
